Jennifer Strange, MS, BCBA, LABA, is a behavior analyst, clinical leader, educator, and mentor with experience supporting clinicians and organizations across multiple levels of practice. Her work focuses on strengthening clinical systems, developing confident professionals, improving supervision, and creating practical training that translates into meaningful everyday practice.

Jennifer brings experience in clinical leadership, workforce development, RBT and student analyst systems, quality assurance, supervision, onboarding, competency development, and organizational consultation. She is especially passionate about helping professionals move beyond simply meeting requirements toward building the judgment, confidence, and practical skills needed to provide high-quality, ethical care.
